Dutchess County Track Officials & Coaches Association

The Dutchess County Track Officials & Coaches Association (DCTOCA) is a group of certified track officials who officiate the sports of track & field (indoor and outdoor) and cross country for all junior high and high schools in Dutchess County.  The DCTOCA is also responsible for hosting one of the nation's premier cross country invitational races, The Bowdoin Park Cross Country Classic (BPXCC).  The BPXCC takes place annually on the fourth saturday of September at Bowdoin Park (site of the Nike Northeast Regional Championship) in beautiful Wappingers Falls, NY.
