Frederick Kohut, President
Fred has been a member of the DCTOCA since 2011. Fred is also a USATF certified track official and a NYS certified soccer official. He served as Vice President of the DCTOCA from 2014 - 2020. In his time, Fred has officiated several county and sectional championships. In 1998, Fred made his mark on his community and the soccer coaching world when he led his daughter's 2nd grade soccer team to a championship season.
Michael Latino, Vice President
Michael has been a member of the DCTOCA since 2012. Michael is also a NYS certified volleyball official, a NYS certified girls basketball official, as well as an NCAA certified women's basketball official. During his time, Michael has officiated several MHAL championships, sectional championships, and worked the shot put event at the 2014 NYS Outdoor Track & Field championships.
Michael Turnyanszki, Secretary
Mike joined DCTOCA in 2010 and became secretary for the association in 2019. Mike has enjoyed track & field and cross country since his high school days in North Jersey and thoroughly enjoys officiating every meet he is assigned and the interaction with athletes, coaches and other officials. Mike treats each event he is assigned as if it is a championship for the athletes.
Ken Kraft, Treasurer & Rules Interpreter
Ken has been a member of the DCTOCA since 1984. Ken is not only a certified NYS Track official, but a USATF certified track official. Besides working several state championship meets, Ken has also officiated the 2012 USA Olympic qualifier, the Millrose Games, and many collegiate and international championship meets. In 2008, Ken received the Outstanding Service Award from USATF and the Richard Lacey award from the Westchester/Dutchess/Rockland Track & Field Coaches Association. In 2011, Ken was awarded the Dick Teetsel Outstanding Official Award from the NYS Track & Field Officials Association. Ken has served as President of the DCTOCA on 3 separate occasions, for a total of over 20 years.
